Our shipping policy below answers the main questions we receive about delivering orders to our customers.
Where Does Spring Tech Vinyl Deliver To?:
We deliver to ALL 50 UNITED STATES including Hawaii and Alaska. We also provide delivery services for our neighbors to the north of us in Canada.
In addition, we’re able to extend these services for offshore shipping for large orders. Please call us to learn more about the details related to offshore orders.
How Long Does It Take To Get My Order?:
A vast majority of the floors, transitions, and installation accessories available for purchase on our website are stocked at our many distribution centers across the country.
All Spring Tech brand floors featuring our 7.2” Pathways & 9” Endurance Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring collections ship from our warehouses ship within one day. Many orders even ship same day!
For our lvp/lvt/laminate brand name products, as soon as an order is placed for an in stock item, Spring Tech exhausts all efforts to have it on a delivery truck within 1-2 days.
Regarding transit time, orders placed by our:
- Florida customers usually take one day to deliver.
- Customers in locations a couple of states away, 2 days.
- Customers beyond a few states in distance, usually 3 days is needed.
- Customers living in the West Coast, 4-6 days.
During the ordering process, our team members can clarify approximate times.
It is expected that the freight carrier can efficiently schedule the customer’s delivery appointment and deliver shipments within 3 business days of their arrival at the order’s destination terminal. Any customer requesting to place a hold on delivery beyond 3 business days assumes financial responsibility for any accrued storage charges and must provide payment for those charges to Spring Tech Vinyl before delivery can occur. To avoid potential storage surcharges, if a customer is not ready to receive their order, Spring Tech Vinyl can hold shipments at our distribution warehouses.
*PLEASE NOTE: DO NOT SCHEDULE INSTALLERS UNTIL ALL MATERIALS HAVE BEEN DELIVERED AND ARE IN YOUR POSSESSION. SPRING TECH IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ADDITIONAL CHARGES INCURRED BY THE CUSTOMER FROM THEIR CONTRACTOR FOR A DELAY IN A CONTRACTED STARTING TIME.
What Happens On Delivery Day?:
All flooring deliveries are delivered curbside.
Upon delivery, your order should be inspected in two ways:
- Count that the proper number of cartons were delivered as ordered.
- Match the model/item number(s) delivered with the model/item number on your invoice from Spring Tech.
If you feel that there is a shortage of flooring, please note this discrepancy on the receipt provided by your delivery driver submit to us via email.
If there is any damage, please refer to our Shipping Damage section below.
As an added benefit to our customers, over 90% of Spring Tech deliveries include a liftgate to lower the pallet(s) containing your materials off of your delivery truck. There are some rare circumstances where liftgate is not available or is unable to be utilized. An example of this is when a pallet is too long or too heavy to fit on the liftgate. In those situations, individual boxes will need to be hand offloaded from the truck. Since liftgate service is not guaranteed, if you are unable to assist in offloading the boxes by yourself, please have help at time of delivery. To confirm if a liftgate will be able to be used on your delivery please text or call us.
It is the customer’s responsibility to move their curbside delivery into their home or business. However, inside delivery services are available. Please submit those requests via email.
What If My Order Is Damaged During Shipment?:
Our goal is to timely ship and deliver all orders without any shipping damage. However, there are some rare circumstances where shipping damage may occur. In this unlikely event, please follow these 2 simple steps so that we can quickly address damage:
- Make a note regarding any visible damage on the receipt provided by your delivery driver (for example, “2 boxes damaged”). If you see damage but are unsure of the amount, write “Subject to Inspection”. Count all boxes and items and make note of anything missing.
- Take pictures that accurately show the extent of damage & submit those photos to us via email.
Due to the flexibility of using flooring pieces in certain areas, only damage above 3% of the amount ordered is eligible for replacement. Any material that is damaged on the ends of the boards are not replaceable as they can still be used for cuts or by the walls.
*DISCLAIMER: Orders delivered with damage are not to be refused at delivery and does not constitute a basis for rejection. To ship your order to you, a delivery cost was already incurred; the same likewise if the product is rejected. Restocking fees are also a possibility. During your delivery, if you feel the need to feel more secure about the situation, please text or call us to discuss. The whole order is not to be rejected due to part of it being damaged. All orders rejected and returned without agreement from Spring Tech result in the customer paying the shipping charges on both the original order and its return, as well as possible restocking fees.
What Is Your Return Policy?:
Spring Tech, with authorized approval from a Spring Tech employee, will accept merchandise returns within 30 days of receipt. Please note that customers are liable for their original delivery charge as well as their return shipping charge. Customers may also incur a restocking fee from the distributor. Returned merchandise must be in its original packaging. Customers must also palletize their return order when necessary. Special orders and accessories may not be returnable.
What If I Need To Cancel My Order?:
Spring Tech understands that project needs may change and that orders may need to be modified following submission. As such, cancellations are by request only, submitted in writing via email and will depend on the nature of the materials ordered and how far along they are in our fulfillment process. In certain circumstances, there were products produced specifically for your custom order and cannot be cancelled. These products may include flooring and/or accessories. It is also possible that some items may incur a restocking fee, even if they are cancelled while in production but not yet shipped. If an order has been approved for cancellation and has shipped to another warehouse or to the customer, there will be restocking and return shipping costs. Please text or call us for more details.
Additional Terms & Policies:
The exclusive venue of any and all claims, demands and/or causes of action arising out of or relating to the manufacture, distribution, sale, installation, repair or modification of our products (“Claims”) shall be the state or federal court sitting in Hillsborough County, Florida. The purchaser consents to the jurisdiction of the Florida courts for Claims. In any civil actions concerning the Claims, purchaser agrees to pay attorney fees and costs Spring Tech incurs in connection with such civil action in the event the litigant loses. Purchaser willingly and voluntarily waives a jury trial on claims. Other than warranty-related issues, flooring that has been installed is deemed to be acceptable. Any issues with uninstalled materials received must be reported within 10 days of delivery.

Please note that "next day shipping" is defined as "next business day" and that qualifying items will be shipped the next business day after payment has been received, cleared, and posted to our bank account. If only a partial amount of the total flooring has shipped on next business day then the guaranteed commitment has been fulfilled and shipping refund will not be eligible. As such, any payments made via ACH, e-check, or physical check will take up to 3 business days to post depending on your bank.
